1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the service.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Services and Orders
Makaan provides architectural design services including 2D plans, 3D visualizations, and Bills of Quantities. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by our team. Delivery timelines begin after order confirmation and payment.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required before project commencement. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive full rights to the architectural designs created for your project. Makaan retains the right to use completed projects in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
Makaan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
